		<description>I totally hear you on relinquishing a bit of control!  I love managing everything, but it makes it so hard to adapt to little changes or unexpected situations that come up.  I never know how to stop &quot;caring&quot; so much... I always worry that if I don&#039;t plan everything out, then I&#039;m being complacent.  Do you feel the same way?</description>

		<description>This might sound strange, but my friends and I during finals in college would hit up Walmart and buy crayons and coloring books.  It was a therapeutic release from the stressors of studying, writing papers, etc.  A mindless and enjoyable activity!</description>
